How to Report a Claim

Claims - Easy as 1, 2, 3

You'll be amazed at how easy it is to make a claim on your Warranty Direct extended vehicle warranty plan. Claims are a simple three-step process.

Step 1: Take your vehicle to the repair facility of your choice. Or, if your car cannot be driven, call for roadside assistance to tow your vehicle to the nearest repair facility (charges may apply for towing beyond a certain mileage).

Step 2: Tell the service agent that you have a Warranty Direct extended auto warranty plan and give them your membership information.

Step 3: Sit back and wait for your repair to be finished.

We Handle Everything Else

From the moment you give your membership information or member number to the service agent at the car repair facility, your responsibility for the claim is finished. The facility will contact our claims department, explain the nature of the repair, and we will pay them directly using our corporate credit card. You only pay your deductible (if you have one). There's no paperwork, no mailing forms, and no out-of-pocket payments that leave you waiting.
