When we first opened our doors in 1980, we had a vision - to become the most respected and reliable vehicle service contract (extended auto warranty) provider in North America. Every decision we've made since then has been made to help make that vision a reality.
Our daily mission here is "How Can We Do It Better?" ...and not just better than the competition, but also better than our own previously best performance. To do that, we listen to industry experts, our employees, and especially our extended auto warranty customers. Whenever there's a suggestion on how we can get better, we take it to heart and then find a way to make it happen. The words "I Can't" simply don't exist in our company culture... they've been replaced by "What I Can Do Is..."
This is the positive spirit that's fueled our growth and success for almost 3 decades, and it's what's also led to our 99.4% customer satisfaction rating.
