No Telemarketing or Cold-Calling
We don't engage in telemarketing or cold-calling. At Warranty Direct, you'll field inbound calls and make permission-based outbound calls to customers who have filled out a lead form requesting that someone call them with more information about a vehicle service contract. Prospective customers are generally highly qualified and sales conversion rates are high.

All new sales consultants receive a full week to two weeks of paid training upon joining Warranty Direct. Our industry-leading sales curriculum ensures that new hires have in-depth product knowledge and have mastered effective sales techniques before ever speaking to a customer. And there are ongoing training opportunities, including weekly one-on-one coaching. For those who aspire to supervisory or management roles, we also offer a management training program.
